The Paper cover is in Fair Condition. ~1" tear at the bottom over the spine with loss of paper over the bottom 1" of the spine. Also a small rip starting on the top of the cover paper by spine joint. Spots of rubbing on cover.
Inside, the binding is good and the pages are in good, clean condition.
A loose-leaf advertisement is included in a plastic protective sleeve.
